The second tip this week for perfect family portraits revolves around outfits. Remember, we've schedule our portrait session far enough in advance that we can pick the perfect outfit(s) for the session. You want to match but you don't want to be that family. White and khaki are out. First decide what type of portrait are you after.
Do you want elegant portraits or is your family more casual?
Are you wanting a rustic theme? Is the theme tied to a particular season or holiday?
What are your thoughts on all black and white photos?
Or are you not taking this seriously and it's time for rainbow suspenders?
Your choice on how you want your portrait to look. Stylish photos require more neutral colors. Elegant photos will be different. Consider your location and time of year. Perform Internet searches for your theme to capture more ideas. Pintrest and Google are great sources for family photo ideas.
